1.What is the difference between Poland Spring and Deer Park?
Poland Spring comes from a spring in Poland Spring, Maine, while Deer Park comes from protected springs near the Appalachian Trail. Spring Water has a range of nuances and tastes, determined by the minerals that are naturally present as the water travels through the earth into a spring. By virtue of these minerals, Poland Spring and Deer Park each has its own unique taste.
2. If I run out of water, what should I do?
As soon as you find that you are running low on water, please call our office at 800-624-0081 or send us an email at info@watchungspring.com to place an order for more water. Please remember we do require a minimum of three 5-gallon bottles or five 3-gallon bottles or five cases of water for a special delivery. We also require a minimum of $25.00 worth of bulk warehouse items. All special deliveries will be made within 48 business hours.
3. What is your return policy?
WSW does not accept returns of any products. If you have an item that you feel is damaged, please contact our customer service department at 800-624-0081
4. Where should I leave my empty bottles?
Please leave your empties outside or in a prearranged location by 7am on the morning of each regularly scheduled delivery.
5. What if I forget to leave my empty bottles out?
If you forget to put your bottles out, you must wait until your next scheduled delivery to return them. Your Route Salesman will still deliver your average order.
6. How can I change my order, or skip a delivery?
Should you need to request more water on your next delivery, wish to purchase additional products, or change your order in any way, we request that you place a call to the Personal Accounts Department at 800-624-0081 at least 2 business days before your scheduled delivery date to allow enough time to process your order.
Should you need to skip a delivery, we also require that you call ahead at least 2 business days before your scheduled delivery day to avoid unwanted delivery.
7. How often do I get billed?
You will receive a bill every four weeks. When you pay by Credit Card, you will not receive a bill in the mail unless you specially request one. For information on how to receive a paper bill, please call our Personal Accounts Department at 800-624-0081
